If a paid order is cancelled by PetFeederly, the amount charged for the cancelled product will be refunded.

PetFeederly provides free worldwide standard shipping.

The estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 days, although delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, remote destinations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before returning a product and follow the return instructions provided by our customer support team.
